Ragnaröken Theatre

Ragnaröken Theatre was a scandinavian cross disciplinary artistic collective first time gathered by Lycke Claesson at Ängsbacka Course & Festival Center (SE) in 2017. 

For three summers Ragnaröken was in residency at Ängsbacka, making shows and events for Ängsbackas fully packed festival program during the summer seasons. The festivals would have themes such as mindfulness, yoga, tantra etc. 

In between the summer residencies some of the shows of Ragnaröken were performed at recreation and community centers, and in the fall of 2017 Ragnaröken had a three month residency at Scenstudion Gerlesborg (SE).

The artists connected to Ragnaröken had different backgrounds in theatre, dance, (folk) music, shamanism, spirituality, crafts and visual arts. With a passion for creative joy and an interest in how different art forms can reinforce each other, the goal of Ragnaröken Theatre was to unify artists and art forms to make innovative and high frequent performances and experiences that would spread love, joy, hope and inspiration to the audiences/participants.
